To accelerate growth, Selling Partners leverage Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and join the PanEuropean (PanEU) program, the top choice to boost their FBA sales across Europe, delivering the best Customer experience. PanEU offers Selling Partners the service to pack and ship their products, moving their inventory across Europe, optimizing speed and cost. Our team shapes the PanEU value proposition, building scalable solution to make Selling Partners' selection available to Customers across every European Store, with the sharpest possible prices and with locally available inventory. We develop scalable systems and services to enable world-class logistics.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be defining the vision for how Sellers expand and grow in Europe. You will get the opportunity to solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment, working with tech and non-tech teams. You will own developing and executing against a multi-year roadmap, leveraging data and insights from our Sellers to deliver innovations to help Sellers grow and expand their business in Europe. You will have end-to-end product ownership from strategic opportunity assessment to tactical road mapping and feature development, and will communicates to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. The ideal candidate will leverage product management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion.
This role can be based in London, Luxembourg, or Madrid., Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision and roadmap to grow existing products and scaling them globally
- Work backwards from the needs of our Sellers and develop innovative products to delight our Sellers and drive large scale improvements in their businesses.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including business, technical and compliance teams, to develop detailed product, business and User Experience requirements for large-scale and complex product launches
- Lead investment, prioritization and trade off discussions
- Manage project milestones from design to launch
- Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer's and Seller's needs
- Be accountable for overall product experience and financial performance of the product area

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
