Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence organization is building the next generation of solutions and experiences with AI, shaping the way information is delivered, consumed and utilized.
That's where you come in. We're looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our International team to help us build the future. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and executing on opportunities to bring information to our team's customers and beyond.

Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Lead the AGI Information product, and its application for customers in International, setting and tracking International goals and business metrics. Ensure the product meets high standards of engagement and quality.
- Act as the final reviewer for all customer experiences, ensuring they are culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate for users. Define product launch strategy for AGI Information.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Information experience, by analyzing customer feedback and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features tailored to International users.
- Stay updated on key events and trends in GenAI, ensuring that AGI Information content remains timely, accurate, and relevant.
- Develop strategies to enhance the visibility of AGI Information features in Alexa+, and other AGI Info products, working with marketing teams and leveraging internal tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing region-specific input and supporting initiatives.
- Drive process improvements to scale efficiently and manage risks by proactively identifying potential issues impacting the customer experience.

About the team
The AGI Information team sits at the intersection of AI technology and trusted information. Driven by our passion for how AI can be used by products to generate new experiences, we move swiftly and purposefully to develop the most comprehensive, intuitive, and trusted information sources for AI models and customers.

5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects, from concept to execution, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with metrics tracking, goal setting, and driving business performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of managing GenAI products, launch activities, and measuring post-launch impact of customer preferences/experiences.
- Understanding of how these factors influence customer expectations and behaviors., 7+ years of experience in program management or product management, ideally within a tech or AI-driven organization.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or voice assistant technologies.
- Experience in customer experience strategy, particularly for localized or international markets.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams.
- Experience is driving large scale projects that have a wide, and measurable customer impact.
