MFN Transportation Tech are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to support our upcoming Easy Ship launch in the UK. Join our team and dive into solving shipping related challenges, take ownership of technology migration projects, and build fantastic relationships with our carriers. Our team The MFN Transportation Tech team owns both the transportation relationships and the technology platform that enables sellers to get their Amazon orders from their own warehouse to the customer across the EU. We work with Carrier partners to offer cost-effective, fast reliable shipping services to Amazon Sellers. Our Technical Product managers own the roadmap to improve the platform on which these shipping services are sold and constantly work to improve Seller Experience. This role is based in our corporate offices in London.,

  • Monitor operations performance and work with other teams (EU MFN, Customer Service, Seller Support, Product) to address performance issues
  • Support in building mechanisms to solve seller reported issues
  • Monitor and drive seller impacting operational tickets to resolution

  • Experience in operations management, logistics, or transportation or working directly with Amazon Sellers
