Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is seeking a customer-obsessed branded content leader with a proven track record of creating innovative video formats with brand partners in the digital, linear, social, and streaming TV space. Your in-depth knowledge of the advertising landscape and your project management skills will enable you to build innovative shoppable solutions for brands in International markets and the US. This is a hybrid role that will work on both pre-sale ideation and budgeting as well as post-sale execution with in-house or external partners. To be successful in this role a candidate must think outside the box but work within business parameters which requires a solid understanding of hard costs associated with each creative idea. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong bias for action and appetite to test and learn. This role will index high on communication skills and Earns Trust as working across teams within ASV (marketing, monetization, product, finance, legal) and within Amazon is essential to meet goals.,

  • Own trackers of projects in pre-sale, production, and post-production.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and develop mechanisms to simplify communication and workflows.
  • Manage multiple projects in various stages of the activation lifecycle.
  • Analyze client briefs and work quickly to respond with bar-raising creative concepts.
  • Write pitches, campaign overviews, scripts, run of show documents, and data-driven campaign retrospectives.
  • Build budgets, source production partners. Negotiate terms with vendors and make tradeoffs that yield the highest creative quality while maintaining budget.
  • Provide creative feedback on pitches from external or internal partners.
  • Oversee campaign execution on set, give notes on video edits, and manage final asset delivery.
  • Input into monthly and quarterly business reviews shared with leadership as well as annual planning documents.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from production, marketing, legal, product, monetization, finance and PR.
  • Present confidently to org leadership but work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small.
  • A day in the life No two days are the same in this role. You will have the opportunity to invent on this team by creating new workflows and lead bar-raising creative activations. You will report to the Head of Creative Development and work closely with ASV's Pre-Sales and Brand Success teams as we scale our offerings for ad partners in international markets. You are as comfortable drafting pitches and building decks as you are managing on-set production and presenting strategy documents to senior team leaders.
