The FBA Support Operations team reviews Sellers’ financial and inventory-related questions, ensuring they are addressed in accordance with policy. We prioritize consistency as the foundation of our world-class service, with Support Operations ensuring fair and consistent evaluation of Seller reimbursement requests.
The FBA Support Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager to lead teams of up to 20 front-line associates. The Team Manager manages a team of Machine Learning Data associates, balancing people and process management. Success in this role involves addressing day-to-day personnel issues while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing performance expectations and goals.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and regular one-on-one meetings focusing on performance, attendance, and career development.
- Serve as a leader and point of contact for escalated or sensitive contact resolution.
- Partner and communicate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Lead team meetings on performance, policy updates, and team-building activities.
- Create and update weekly and monthly productivity reports; communicate performance and coaching strategies during review meetings.
- Initiate and drive process improvements.
Note: This is not a virtual or hybrid role. Candidates should be willing to work on-site five days a week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and Word, at an advanced level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with operations, risk, and fraud investigations
- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
