Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Driver

TERRICFC LLC, we are a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon, the most well-recognized e-commerce site worldwide. We are looking for individuals who are team players, possess extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills. Delivery associates will be responsible for delivering packages to customer's homes and businesses. This job is perfect for someone who is dependable, enjoys interacting with people, taking on daily challenges and who is proactive instead of reactive.

Delivery associates must deliver products, goods, and parcels safely and efficient to designated location within set time frame. Ensures proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary and deliver high standards of customer care.

Delivery Associates Job Duties:

  • May deliver up to 150-200+ parcels a day
  • Keeps accurate records of deliveries and customer authorization and ensure all documentation is submitted to management on time.
  • Effectively use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld devices
  • May have to lift heavy products or parcels
  • Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Keep company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
  • Communicate with customers by phone to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
  • Follows pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course
  • Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route, or schedule
  • Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time

Delivery Associate Skills and Qualifications:

· ***ABILITY TO ADAPT TO CONSTANT CHANGE IS A MUST***

· MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER

· Must have a clean valid Driver's License, And Consent to a drug screening test.

· Must be willing to commit to their schedule and one weekend day is required.

· Previous driving experience

· Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and enthusiastic

· Work under pressure, problem-solver, attention to detail and fast learner

· Ability to handle fragile packages and parcels with care

· Able to sit for long periods of time
