**Job Summary:

In the role of Courier at Amazon, you play a critical part in delivering packages between Amazon facilities and customer locations. Your primary objective is to ensure safe and efficient delivery of packages, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Transport packages between Amazon facilities and customer locations using designated routes and schedules.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles with precision and care.
- Follow predetermined routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records for quality control purposes.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery updates and issues.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
- Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and dispatchers.
