As adoption of Workday Financials continues to expand, the business is investing in its internal support capability to ensure a stable, scalable, and well-governed finance systems landscape.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">These newly created positions will play a key role in supporting Workday Financials, Travel & Expense, and associated integrations, while helping to maintain global standards, support end users, and contribute to future deployment activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">As a Workday Financials Systems Support Analyst, you will act as a key point of contact for the ongoing support and optimisation of Workday Financials across a growing international user base. Working closely with Finance, Technology, external partners and programme stakeholders, you will investigate and resolve complex system issues, support enhancements, and help ensure the platform continues to align with global finance processes and governance standards.</span></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 10pt"> </strong></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 10pt">Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Provide advanced support for Workday Financials and Travel & Expense, troubleshooting system issues and managing escalations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Partner with Finance stakeholders to assess business requirements and recommend scalable, standardised solutions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Support system enhancements, configuration changes and defect resolution, ensuring appropriate testing and documentation is completed before deployment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Collaborate with implementation teams and design authorities to preserve the integrity of the global solution while accommodating local business requirements where necessary.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Work alongside third-party support providers to manage incidents, requests and continuous improvement activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Support Workday biannual release reviews, impact assessments and regression testing activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Assist with user training, knowledge sharing and adoption initiatives across newly deployed regions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Work closely with Workday security and HCM teams to support cross-functional processes and integrations.</span></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 10pt"> </strong></p> <p><strong style="font-size: 10pt">Requirements</strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Previous experience supporting Workday Financials within a global organisation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Strong understanding of core finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Experience supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Exposure to large-scale transformation or global ERP implementation programmes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt">• Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center would be advantageous.</span></p>
