Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Travel Coordination: Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Document Management: Maintain, organize, and track critical documents, contracts, and confidential information in both physical and digital formats.

  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, conferences, or team-building activities as required.
