The Elite Job is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a Work from Home Voice Process (BPO) role based out of Chennai. As part of our growing remote team, you will handle inbound and outbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  • Update customer records and document interactions in internal systems.

  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Adhere to daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

  • Follow scripts, processes, and company guidelines consistently.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company products and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Tamil (other South Indian languages are a plus).

Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Rotational shifts including day and night shifts.

  • 6-day working week with 1 rotational weekly off.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software is an advantage.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
