Wholesale Business Consultant

Job Description:

  • Manage relationships between SEI Fuels and 50+ wholesale customer and operator network locations to maximize profitability and value
  • Develop independent owner/operator/lessees through training initiatives and periodic location visits
  • Implement marketing plans and develop and maintain fuels pricing strategy
  • Provide guidance on environmental and government regulatory requirements
  • Ensure portfolio brand compliance and maintain agreements, taxes, security deposits, insurance policies, invoices, and fees
  • Plan and execute strategies aligned with the Company’s long-range goals
  • Liaise with internal support teams to execute program needs
  • Select, train, and integrate company-owned asset operators
  • Perform asset control activities within the assigned area
  • Document and update site-related activities in Salesforce for all accounts
  • Identify daily cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and other areas
  • Respond to emergencies affecting customer and store personnel safety and security
  • Negotiate contracts that maintain brand integrity and align with company goals
  • Manage fuel for customers and provide directional support to maintenance vendors
  • Grow and manage franchisee relationships across a larger network of accounts
  • Develop and analyze new business opportunities and financial pro formas
  • Serve as contact point for site operator personnel
  • Assist with daily retail fuel operations
  • Oversee company-owned asset operations, operators, light products, land, and facilities for the assigned territory
  • Mentor and help develop Wholesale Business Specialists
  • Complete other duties and special projects assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/4year degree OR 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in lieu of the degree
  • Relevant experience in sales, account management, and/or wholesale fuels
  • In-depth fuel industry knowledge preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Team Leader, coaching, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical decision-making abilities
