WFH-Data Entry Clerk (Day & Night Shifts)
About the position
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerks to join our remote team. In this role, you will input, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems. This position is available for both day and night shifts, offering flexible scheduling for candidates in different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage digital files and records
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
- Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
- Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 40–60+ WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Nice-to-haves
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Experience with data management software or CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data formatting
