Develop and implement stress testing strategies for operational risk across the organization. Lead and manage the stress testing process, including scenario design, data collection and analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with stress testing guidelines. Conduct thorough analysis of stress testing results and provide recommendations to senior management. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of stress testing processes and make improvements as needed. Communicate stress testing findings and results to various stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies. Provide guidance and support to team members in completing stress testing tasks and achieving objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance stress testing capabilities.
