<strong>Job Description</strong><br><br>VP, Engineering will lead the engineering organization to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge, AI-powered products for health payer customers across the Blue Shield ecosystem and beyond . This leader will be responsible for building a secure, scalable, and resilient technology infrastructure that supports rapid business growth while ensuring data privacy, compliance, and operational efficiency. <br><br>This leader will define the product technology vision, architect solutions from the ground up, and build a world-class team that can deliver at speed and scale.
