Job descriptionWe are a virtual receptionist company based in the United States looking for virtual receptionists that can effectively handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and book appointments.You will be receiving phone calls from prospective customers for home services businesses such as cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.You must be reputed company to represent the reputed company... as if you are working in the reputed company?s office and are a part of their company. You will answer the phone pleasantly and with a smile and recite our reputed company?s standard greeting. We will train you how to answer customers? questions and how to book appointments on our reputed company?s CRM/scheduling platforms.While speaking with the customer you will take detail call summary notes which will include the customer?s contact information, reason for inquiry and any other relevant information. This information will be recorded while speaking with the customer.After the phone call ends, you will send your call... summary notes to our reputed company.
