Minimum 2.5 years experience of relevant experience Strong spoken and written skills. Familiarity in common CRMs, Google and/or Office Suite.

Core responsibilities:

General Virtual Assistant Duties: Manage calendar, research, maintain confidentiality. Undertake administrative tasks as instructed by the client Oversee inventory reporting and management Email Management and Lead Dispatching: Respond to emails promptly, prioritize urgent ones. Sort leads, ensure timely follow-up for conversions Follow up with vendors or suppliers. CRM Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter/update client info, maintain data accuracy. Generate reports from CRM data.. Social Media Administration: Execute social media tasks
