Unity Developer - Latin America - Remote

Azumo is looking for a

Senior Unity Engineer

to architect, develop, and optimize immersive gaming experiences and interactive 3D applications. The position is

FULLY REMOTE

, based in Latin America.

As a Unity Engineer, you will be a key player within our

Gaming & Real-time Development

team, collaborating cross-functionally with artists, game designers, and backend engineers to ensure high-performance delivery of gameplay features.

The position demands a

hands-on, technical-oriented

individual who is skilled at

C# scripting, shader implementation, and performance profiling

, ensuring a seamless and bug-free user experience throughout the production lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Translate requirements into complicated but clean and efficient code
  • Construct the base or the engine on which the game will run
  • Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas and features
  • Create unit tests and validation procedures to assure quality
  • Detect identification and resolution and document technical specifications

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in full lifecycle game development
  • Hands on experience primarily with

Unity package (2020/2021)

,

C#.

  • Experience in Unity for Mobile: Ios / Android, JavaScript, Visual Scripting will be valued.
  • Up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
  • High level knowledge of APIs and libraries
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Games Technology
  • Professional English proficiency (B2/C1)
