We are seeking a data-savvy, hit-the-ground Treasury Operations Specialist to manage sophisticated cash positioning and liquidity management workflows. Because this role directly impacts real-time trading desks, prior Treasury experience is highly preferred to ensure an agile ramp-up period with minimal training required. What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications) • Experience 2+ years of accounting, banking operations, or corporate finance experience. • Core Domain Expertise Direct, hands-on exposure to Treasury operations, cash management, or bank liquidity workflows is highly needed. • Technical Toolkit strong proficiency navigating ERP platforms or accounting software (such as SAP), advanced Microsoft Office/Excel skills, and internet research capabilities. • Schedule Agility Absolute comfort working a core 1000 AM – 700 PM PST shift, with the strict flexibility to complete initial training starting at 700 AM PST. • Compliance Mindset A flawless attention to detail with a proven track record of complying with strict bank regulations, audit criteria, and financial codes of conduct. Preferred Qualifications • Language Skills Bi-lingual Spanish speaking capabilities are a highly valued plus. • Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. salary $23.99 - $24 per hour shift First work hours 8 AM - 4 PM education Associate Responsibilities • Liquidity & Funding Support Provide real-time funding support to Treasury across diverse product lines, including Fixed Income, Money Markets, Derivatives, Loans, and structured trading groups. • Position Validation Validate projected balances and confirm real-time intraday liquidity positions to ensure accurate daily portfolio management. • Disbursement Operations Execute day-to-day cash disbursement functions and wire operations according to rigid bank standards and industry codes of conduct. • Portfolio & GL Analysis Analyze cash positions, general ledger entries, and balance sheets of trader portfolios to ensure accurate cost of carry allocation across business lines. • Cross-Functional Communication Serve as the primary operational liaison between front-office traders, agent banks, and internal business units to facilitate smooth, timely payment execution. • Trade Assistance Interface directly with trading desks to resolve inquiries regarding late trades, position management, and cash movements for all in-scope currencies.
