<span class="jobdescription"><p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>Computacenter is looking for Principal Transformation Consultant to join its professional services team. We are looking for someone with the ability to work on a dynamic customer focused team that requires excellent interpersonal skills.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role will be interacting with customers, partners and internal teams, to analyse, define and implement large-scale networking projects. The scope of these efforts includes a combination of data center scale networking, system design and automation and being the face to the customer!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Annual compensation: </strong>$175K - $220K USD</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end execution of customer engagement programs related to NVIDIA data center scale ensuring project timelines, SLAs and quality standards.</li> <li>Drive technical strategy, planning, and execution with customers, internal collaborators, and partners.</li> <li>Developing comprehensive technical delivery plans to optimize the customer experience to minimize operational disruptions, optimize cluster performance, increase customer resilience, pre-emptive maintenance, and drive overall smoother operations.</li> <li>Engage and build internal and external customer relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Working with executives, engineering teams, and external partners and ensuring visibility and informed decision-making.</li> <li>Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions.</li> <li>Work closely with consulting, solutions, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set correct expectations and keep the scope of the projects on track to successful execution.</li> <li>Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>Deep customer savvy managing complex programs, especially with strategic customers with complex hardware and software architectures and requirements.</li> <li>Superb leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.</li> <li>Knowledge of embedded systems and AI solutions is a plus.</li> <li>Comfortable defining and driving customer programs with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results.</li> <li>Legally eligible to work in the United States</li> <li>Experience with IT service delivery lifecycle and methodologies.</li> <li>Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships.</li> <li>Ability to design in-depth, complex technical solutions.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>What you can expect</strong></p> <p>There’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
