ZACC sedang mencari individu yang berkeyakinan, berdedikasi dan komited untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai Trainer bagi mengendalikan latihan dan pembangunan staf untuk memastikan standard kerja sentiasa berkualiti.

Jika anda seorang yang suka mengajar, mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan berminat dalam pembangunan staf, kami mengalu-alukan permohonan anda.

Skop Tugas:

  • Mengendalikan sesi latihan dan onboarding untuk staf baharu
  • Memberi tunjuk ajar berkaitan SOP dan standard kerja syarikat
  • Memantau perkembangan dan prestasi staf semasa latihan
  • Menyediakan modul, jadual dan bahan latihan
  • Menjalankan penilaian dan laporan berkaitan latihan staf
  • Membantu meningkatkan kemahiran dan produktiviti staf
  • Bekerjasama dengan department lain bagi memastikan latihan berjalan lancar
  • Memastikan staf mematuhi SOP dan polisi syarikat
Kelayakan:
  • Berumur 21 tahun - 35 tahun sahaja
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree
  • Fresh graduate dialu-alukan memohon
  • Pengalaman dalam bidang training adalah satu kelebihan
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan kepimpinan yang baik
  • Bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin dan yakin berhadapan dengan staf
  • Boleh bekerja dalam pasukan dan berdikari
Waktu Bekerja:
  • 8.00 pagi - 6.00 petang (Isnin - Jumaat)
  • Cuti (Sabtu & Ahad)
