Teller/Customer Service Representative (part-time)
The Teller/Customer Service Representative position's primary responsibilities include:
-Providing excellent customer service by handling customer’s transaction in a friendly and helpful manner as well as effectively explaining our products, services, and fees;
-Conducting store transactions carefully;
-Responding promptly to customers via calls, messages, and emails and maintain the storefront;
-Participating in bi-weekly teller meetings and staying in close contact and sharing information with the team to effectively service clients and ensure excellent customer service;
-Filling out customer KYC, AML and other compliance information required for transactions.
Character, skills, and personality traits required:
The right candidate has a positive can do attitude, is able to multitask, is technologically savy, trustworthy, reliable, hard working, and enjoys customer service. You must be fluent in english and french and have excellent communication skills and work well under pressure and as part of a team.
We are seeking a fast learner who enjoys interacting with customers and has an interest in technology and the use of new mediums of exchanges such as Bitcoin.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
