Técnico en asesoría y gestión laboral

Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a en Asesoría y Gestión Laboral para gestionar de forma integral una cartera de clientes (empresas y autónomos) en materia laboral.

La persona seleccionada se integrará en el departamento laboral, asumiendo la gestión autónoma y completa del ciclo laboral y un asesoramiento continuo, riguroso, cercano y actualizado a clientes.

Funciones

  • Gestión de altas, bajas y variaciones en Seguridad Social.
  • Elaboración de contratos, prórrogas y comunicaciones a través de
  • Confección de nóminas y seguros sociales (SILTRA, Sistema RED).
  • Tramitación partes DELTA
  • Cálculo de finiquitos, indemnizaciones y atrasos.
  • Gestión de IT, maternidad/paternidad y otras incidencias laborales.
  • Aplicación de convenios colectivos.
  • Atención a requerimientos de organismos oficiales.
  • Asesoramiento laboral personalizado a clientes.
  • Cualesquiera otras asociadas al puesto de trabajo
Requisitos mínimos
  • Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima demostrable de 2–3 años en asesoría o gestoría.
  • Experiencia demostrable en confección de nóminas y gestión integral laboral, valorándose experiencia en gestiones de extranjería
  • Manejo de entorno A3.
  • Conocimiento actualizado de normativa laboral y Seguridad Social.
  • Gestión de múltiples convenios colectivos.
  • Capacidad de organización y autonomía, así como de atención directa a clientes y relación con las Administraciones.
