Descripción de la oferta

FUNCIONES:
  • Impulsar, coordinar y realizar el seguimiento del Plan Director de Sostenibilidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de sus líneas de actuación e indicadores asociados.
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos y oportunidades ESG (ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza), promoviendo su integración progresiva en los procesos y proyectos de la compañía.
  • Analizar el entorno normativo y sectorial en materia de sostenibilidad, identificando tendencias y buenas prácticas relevantes para una infraestructura como la de la empresa.
  • Elaborar y coordinar el reporting y la documentación interna en materia de sostenibilidad, incluyendo informes para la Dirección, la Comisión de Sostenibilidad y otros grupos de interés.
  • Asegurar la correcta traslación pública de los compromisos y avances ASG, reforzando la coherencia institucional.
  • Promover acciones de sensibilización y formación interna que contribuyan a consolidar una cultura corporativa alineada con los principios de sostenibilidad.

Perfil buscado

REQUISITOS:
  • Titulación universitaria idealmente en Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería o disciplinas relacionadas con sostenibilidad.
  • Experiencia de 3-5 años en sostenibilidad o consultoría ESG.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de planes estratégicos o iniciativas transversales, valorándose positivamente la participación en proyectos corporativos de transformación o sostenibilidad.
  • Conocimiento de marcos y estándares de sostenibilidad (ESG/ASG, Taxonomía UE, marcos de reporting voluntarios, análisis de doble materialidad, etc.), aunque la compañía no esté sujeta a CSRD.
  • Capacidad para analizar entorno normativo y sectorial en materia de sostenibilidad e identificar implicaciones para la organización.
  • Inglés fluido, tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas del paquete Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel y PowerPoint). Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (Power BI u otras).
