Sin Experiencia Buscamos una persona para el Mantenimiento del edificio de una importante empresa ubicada en Sarriguren.Su cometido será garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia operativa de las infraestructuras de la empresa mediante la planificación, ejecución y supervisión de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas técnicas, regulatorias y de calidad, y contribuyendo a la mejora continua de los sistemas críticos para la producción y soporte de la compañía.

FUNCIONES: · Inspecciones programadas de sistemas eléctricos, HVAC, fontanería, equipos mecánicos y estructuras· Diagnóstico y reparación de fallas en redes eléctricas, climatización, bombas, ventilación, elementos estructurales, mobiliario, baños…· Gestión de emergencias: respuesta rápida a cortes de energía, fugas, fallos de climatización o problemas estructurales, coordinando con producción y comunicando a Responsable de Infraestructuras· Análisis de tendencias de fallos en todos los subsistemas y ajuste de planes de mantenimiento para mayor eficiencia· Control de inventario de repuestos y materiales, registro de intervenciones y actualización de planos e historiales· Puesta en marcha y pruebas de nuevos equipos o ampliaciones de la infraestructura REQUERIMIENTOS: Disponibilidad de incorporación en Abril FORMACIÓN BASE: · Grado Superior en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Eléctricas· Conocimientos de mantenimiento eléctrico, climatización, fontanería, albañilería, reparaciones menores, elementos…EXPERIENCIA: Experiencia mínima de dos años en puesto con funciones similares APTITUDES: Buscamos una persona dinámica, con iniciativa, planificada y organizada, flexible y con capacidad de adaptación.
