Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a Laboral senior para integrarse en nuestro departamento de Recursos Humanos:

Funciones

  • Gestión del ciclo completo de nóminas
  • Elaboración y gestión de contratos, prórrogas y finiquitos.
  • Altas, bajas y variaciones en la seguridad social.
  • Control de vacaciones, permisos y ausencias.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de procesos de incapacidad temporal.
  • Tramitación mensual de seguros sociales y demás obligaciones laborales.
  • Asesoramiento laboral.
  • Coordinación con asesorías externas y departamentos internacionales cuando sea necesario
Requisitos:
  • Formación en RRHH y RRLL, Administración, Derecho o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años realizando funciones similares.
  • Buen manejo de Excel.
  • Conocimiento actualizado de la normativa vigente en materia laboral.
  • Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, mínimo B2.
Se valorará:
  • Experiencia en empresas de ingeniería, industria o entornos técnicos.
  • Conocimientos en normativa laboral internacional, especialmente en Portugal y Suiza.
  • Otros idiomas, especialmente alemán, portugués y francés.
