3 años de experiencia Desde Adecco estamos colaborando con una empresa especializada en el desarrollo y operación de proyectos en los sectores de infraestructuras, energía, ingeniería y servicios industriales. Actualmente, nos encontramos en búsqueda de Frigoristas/Climatizadores SAT para incorporarse a su equipo en la Comunidad de Madrid.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

La persona seleccionada se encargará del mantenimiento, diagnóstico y reparación de equipos de climatización y frío industrial, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones mediante tareas preventivas y correctivas.

Funciones principales

  • Mantenimiento e instalación de equipos de frío (VRV’s, enfriadoras, rooftop, split, cassette, etc.).
  • Detección de fallos y ejecución de reparaciones correctivas.
  • Intervenciones tanto de forma autónoma como en equipo.
Condiciones:
  • Contrato indefinido directamente con empresa.
  • Salario: hasta 27.000 € brutos/año (según experiencia).
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 16:00.
  • Posibilidad de horas extra, guardias y trabajos adicionales de forma continua.
  • Vehículo de empresa + tarjeta de combustible (uso profesional, con posibilidad de llevarla al domicilio).
  • Ubicación: principalmente Madrid capital, con desplazamientos a zonas colindantes.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento/instalación de equipos de climatización (VRV, enfriadoras, rooftop, split, etc.).
  • Experiencia en diagnóstico de averías y reparación.
  • Carnet de conducir B.
Valorables:
  • Formación FP en Frío-Calor o certificado de profesionalidad.
  • Carnet RITE (instalador/mantenedor de calefacción y climatización).
  • Carnet de manipulador de gases fluorados (cualquier carga).
  • Formación PRL (20h / 60h).
  • Formación en trabajos en altura (posterior a 2019).
  • Persona resolutiva, organizada, proactiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos (M-T-N).
