Técnico/a en Administración Laboral

Como Técnico/a Laboral en el Grupo Uvesco impulsarás la correcta gestión del ciclo completo de nómina, garantizando precisión y cumplimiento normativo. Este rol incluye la gestión de incidencias salariales, la aplicación de convenios colectivos, la tramitación de seguros sociales y la gestión de finiquitos. Además, te encargarás del cálculo del IRPF, la gestión documental y el control de bajas médicas, utilizando Excel para análisis y reporting.

Un rol clave en la experiencia de las personas que forman el Grupo Uvesco

Lo que harás:

  • Cálculo y confección de nóminas mensuales a través del programa Epsilon de Grupo Castilla.
  • Gestión de incidencias de nómina: incentivos, complementos salariales…
  • Control de bajas médicas y gestión de IT.
  • Tramitación y liquidación de seguros sociales (Sistema RED, SILTRA).
  • Cálculo y gestión del IRPF en nómina.
  • Gestión documental de trabajadores (certificados, cartas de despido, etc.).

Lo que buscamos:

  • Formación superior, o de grado, o similar preferiblemente en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o Administración de Empresas.
  • Conocimientos en normativa sobre nóminas, cotización y contratación laboral, convenios colectivos y su aplicación en nómina.
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en un departamento laboral o área laboral.
  • Uso avanzado en manejo de paquete MS Office, especialmente MS Excel y MS Teams.
  • Se valorará especialmente experiencia con el programa Epsilon (Grupo Castilla)¡
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, proactividad y autonomía.
  • Habilidades sociales y de comunicación.
  • Alta capacidad de organización y planificación.
