Técnico/a de Recursos Humanos (Administración de Personal)

Grupo Plana , grupo operador referente en movilidad de pasajeros en Cataluña, busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a de RRHH – Administración de Personal para reforzar el área de gestión laboral.

Funciones principales

  • Altas/bajas en empresa (SAGE Murano y SILTRA): gestión y actualización de datos de personal en el sistema.
  • Seguridad Social (ACREDITA y CASIA): consultas y gestiones administrativas vinculadas a expedientes de trabajadores.
  • Ficheros FIE (SS): envío y control de ficheros relacionados con IT y movimientos de alta/baja.
  • Contratos (Contrat@): elaboración y comunicación de contratos, prórrogas y modificaciones.
  • Seguros sociales: preparación y cierre mensual de cotizaciones y liquidaciones.
  • IRPF: gestión de retenciones, regularizaciones y obligaciones periódicas.
  • Correspondencia oficial: revisión de notificaciones telemáticas, archivo y distribución interna.
  • Nóminas y finiquitos (SAGE Murano): confección y revisión de nóminas, incidencias y liquidaciones.
  • Partes de accidente: tramitación y envío de partes, coordinación con mutua/organismos y registro.
  • Encuestas INE: recopilación de datos y cumplimentación/envío de requerimientos estadísticos.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones similares (administración de personal / laboral).
  • Castellano y catalán nativos .
  • Manejo habitual de herramientas y portales de Seguridad Social y contratación.
  • Persona organizada, rigurosa y con orientación a detalle y cumplimiento de plazos.
