Job Purpose Mouda is in growth path and entering in the foil business at the end of this fiscal after completion of the project Ajanta with the support of our abroad group partner Novelis. The main focus is to increase not only the volume to 36 ktpa but also the quality as per international standard.

Packing of finished goods has an important role in terms of not only to maintain the quality of the product but also impact on its cost. The challenge is proper packaging and in time safe delivery to customer Manage & maintain the cost of the product, customer satisfaction and inventory Job

Challenges: Maintaining the productivity of packing with finish line production. Cost efficient packing i.e. trying to reduce or maintain the cost without compromising the quality of packing & purpose of packing. Optimization of productivity of packing & standardization of packing as per HINDALCO standards so customer will get same packing from each unit.

Minimisation of finish goods inventory i.e. immediate planning the despatches after declaration of production & arrangement of transportation. Holding minimum packing inventory in stock, but at the same time packing should not be delayed due to non availability of packing material. Customer should get correct wt of material for which planning daily checking of accuracy & calibration of weighing scales.

Correct documentation, by implementing the system to check & crosscheck the data before preparation of documents.

Minimize transit damage complaints by implementing proper system for lashing of FG inside containers/ trucks. Verification of availability of AL. inventory at various m/c centres with book value. Declaration of excess or short of inventory
