Startup Growth Operator (Founder’s Special Projects)

About the Role: THIS IS "NOT" TRADITIONAL MARKETING JOB.

We are looking for a high-speed Growth Operator who loves building things from scratch, testing ideas fast, figuring things out, and helping launch new ventures, products, brands, and growth experiments. You’ll work directly with the Founder across multiple companies, verticals, and startup-style initiatives inside a rapidly growing AI-first venture studio and home services infrastructure ecosystem.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in:

  • 0→1
  • 1→10
  • fast experimentation
  • rapid execution
  • high learning environments
"You are not joining to maintain existing systems. You are joining to help build new ones."

What You'll Do:

  • Launch and test new marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Rapidly validate new ideas, offers, funnels, and acquisition strategies
  • Help launch new brands, products, and startup initiatives
  • Build landing pages, funnels, ad creatives, lead flows, and growth experiments
  • Work with AI tools, automations, no-code systems, and growth software
  • Analyze performance and quickly iterate based on data
  • Collaborate directly with the Founder on high-speed execution
  • Test unconventional ideas and growth hacks
  • Help discover scalable acquisition opportunities before they become obvious
  • Move fast with imperfect information
This Role Is NOT For You If:
  • You need rigid SOPs for everything
  • You only know one ad platform
  • You prefer maintaining existing campaigns instead of launching new things
  • You dislike ambiguity or experimentation
  • You want a slow-moving corporate environment
  • You wait to be told exactly what to do
You Might Be a Fit If:
  • You are obsessed with growth, startups, and experimentation
  • You love figuring things out
  • You learn fast
  • You move fast
  • You enjoy testing ideas rapidly
  • You like working directly with founders
  • You get excited by new projects and opportunities
  • You are platform-agnostic (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
  • You care more about results than job titles
  • You thrive in chaos-stage startup environments
  • You are hungry to grow extremely fast
"What Makes This Opportunity Unique: This is a real-world growth playground."

You’ll gain experience across:

  • AI products
  • marketplaces
  • home services
  • local lead generation
  • SaaS concepts
  • B2B services
  • memberships
  • education businesses
  • infrastructure platforms
  • startup launches
  • venture studio operations
Most marketers spend years working on one company. Here, you may see more real-world growth experimentation in 6 months than most marketers see in 5–10 years. You’ll work inside an ecosystem launching multiple initiatives every month with real budgets, real traffic, real customers, and real execution speed.
