ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

The Software Support Engineer plays a critical role within Global Products Operations & Support, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our global product ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support, driving issue resolution, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

THE SKILLS To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience in distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing logs, debugging issues, and using monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
