RoomService is a Dubai startup. We give families their own private chef — fresh, personalised meals cooked at mealtime and delivered hot. We launch our first kitchen this year. You will be our first marketing hire, working directly with the founder. THE JOB — 4 PARTS 1. SOCIAL MEDIA (your main job). Plan the content calendar. Write captions. Design simple posts yourself (Canva or similar). Schedule and post. Reply to comments and DMs. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. 2. WORK WITH CREATORS. Brief our graphic designer, AI video creator and UGC creators, and check their work. 3. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT TO THE FOUNDER. Scheduling, research, coordination — part of your daily routine. 4. SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Answer basic customer messages on the company WhatsApp during your working hours. Simple work, and temporary — until we hire a dedicated support person. This is also part of your daily routine.
