ServiceNow Integration And Infrastructure Specialist

Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Integration/Infrastructure Specialist (MID Server, GCP, SSO) to join our team and support enterprise integration and infrastructure initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, MID Server administration, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable platform connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot ServiceNow MID Servers.
  • Monitor and ensure the health, performance, and availability of MID Servers across environments.
  • Design and support secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO implementations.
  • Configure and maintain identity federation solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP/Active Directory.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other middleware technologies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange.
  • Support ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Cloud integrations utilizing MID Servers.
  • Manage and support integrations with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Troubleshoot integration and infrastructure-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and infrastructure standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration and infrastructure support within enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow MID Server installation, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, firewalls, proxies, SSL/TLS, and load balancers.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Discovery.
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud security and identity/access management concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
