Senior Production Planner (EMS/5 Days work/ Up to 6. /Senai)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with raw material buyers, production managers, and supervisors regarding material availability and production output.

  • Manage and monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper closure.

  • Analyze customer forecast changes and adjust production plans accordingly.

  • Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily production schedules.

  • Analyze production and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing resource requirements.

  • Prepare and compile AOS & exposure reports to provide feedback to customers.

  • Expedite operations that delay schedules and adjust plans to meet unforeseen conditions.

  • Support the manager in identifying process improvements and enhancing production efficiency.

  • Follow up and ensure MDS requirements are met with no shortages at least 3 working days in advance.

  • Assist in reporting, performance tracking, and coordination across departments to support management decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any equivalent field.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field is required.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and support managerial-level tasks.

  • Candidate must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
