Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) workflows for provisioning, de‑provisioning, and lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver – JML) across a heterogeneous enterprise environment. Implement and maintain correlation rules, access certification campaigns, and role‑based access control (RBAC) models that align with business policies and regulatory requirements. Integrate SailPoint with downstream applications using Web Services, REST APIs, SCIM connectors, and custom provisioning rules to ensure seamless onboarding and off‑boarding of user accounts. Collaborate with cross‑functional software and platform teams to troubleshoot IAM‑related incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Lead release management activities, including version control, change‑control processes, and automated deployment pipelines for IAM solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and security best practices. Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews, delivering evidence of IAM controls and remediation actions.
