School Nurse LPN- Special Education- Haysville USD 261 <p>Haysville USD 261 www.usd261.com </p> <p>Job Description<br /><br />Position: School Nurse LPN<br />Supervisor: District Nurse (RN) and Principal<br />Payment Rate: According to Educational Support Staff Salary Schedule<br />Qualifications:<br /> Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License<br /> Completion of an approved practical nursing program<br /> Current certification in BLS<br /> Experience in pediatrics and/or school setting preferred<br /> Knowledge of health equipment and computer applications<br /> Maintain current TB testing as required by Health Department regulations<br />Position Function: The School Nurse-LPN provides school health services under the<br />direction of the District Nurse (RN) and building principal.
