Sales Development Representative, US Staffing Solutions

Job Description:

    - Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based companies through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.- Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs across tech and professional roles.- Engage with HR leaders, founders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the CRM.- Research target accounts, hiring trends, and industry needs.- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activity.- Collaborate with internal sales and recruitment teams to refine messaging and targeting.- Consistently achieve outreach and meeting-booked KPIs.

Requirements:

    - 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales is highly preferred.- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience.- Proven ability to engage US-based decision-makers.- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (US business communication preferred).- Strong resilience, organisation, and target-driven mindset.- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned to US business hours.- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience selling staffing or recruitment services into the US market.- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.- Exposure to SaaS or B2B service-based sales environments.
