About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce branding, website development, SEO, and digital marketing services
2. Present company services confidently and professionally over calls
3. Understand client requirements and qualify leads for business opportunities
4. Generate leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
5. Follow up with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp
6. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
7. Research potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, and business directories
8. Identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact details
9. Maintain and update lead databases using Excel and Google Sheets
10. Track and record all calls, follow-ups, meetings, and lead status
11. Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the management team
12. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and execution
13. Respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
14. Maintain daily reports and sales activity trackers
