Restaurant Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Nasi Lemak Hantu.
The Restaurant
Manager will ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff management, food quality consistency, and smooth restaurant operations while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
- Supervise and lead kitchen and service staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of ingredients and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee training of new employees.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local health regulations.
- Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
