Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections

  • Process orders accurately using POS systems

  • Handle cash, credit/debit transactions and provide correct change

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station

  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers

  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure order accuracy and timely service

  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

  • Follow company policies and food safety standards at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications
