They are seeking a Webflow Designer & Developer Lead to own the marketing website, which includes designing, building, and optimizing web experiences in Webflow. Responsibilities • Own the Website You'll own the AirOps marketing website end to end: design, development, and ongoing optimization, all in Webflow. That means translating product positioning, campaign concepts, and brand narratives into high-converting web experiences, then actually building them. Landing pages, feature pages, customer stories, campaign microsites, you'll design and ship all of it • Support the Team You'll tackle the smaller day-to-day requests that come in from across the team, and help educate and empower others at the company to be successful in Webflow (designers included). You'll partner with our Growth & Distribution team on conversion-optimized pages and A/B testing. You'll maintain and extend our design system to keep things visually consistent and scalable as we grow • Sweat the Details You'll optimize for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO + AEO best practices. You'll implement animations, interactions, and micro-details that elevate the experience. You'll manage CMS collections and dynamic content structures as our content library scales. And you'll contribute to creative brainstorms and help push the bar on what our web presence can be • Work Smarter You'll integrate AI tools and MCPs into your workflow to move faster and do more. You'll pay attention to how pages actually perform, monitor what's working, and iterate based on real data. This isn't a role where you ship and forget Skills • 5+ years of experience designing and building marketing websites, with deep expertise in Webflow [in-house experience preferred] • A strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design skill and technical Webflow execution • Ability to work autonomously from concept through launch with minimal direction • Experience building responsive, performant sites with clean, maintainable Webflow structures • Comfort working in Figma for design collaboration and in Webflow for production • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how site architecture impacts discoverability • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego working style • Experience with animation tools (Lottie, GSAP, native Webflow interactions) is a plus • Familiarity with AI tools, and MCPs and integrating them across the stack • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (analytics, forms, CMS APIs) into Webflow is a plus Benefits • Equity in a fast-growing startup • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location • Flexible time off policy • Parental Leave • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
