Responsibilities

  • Communicates and presents complex technical concepts simply and effectively to nontechnical team members
  • Participates in identifying opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
  • Works with business stakeholder to gather, document and analyze business requirements
  • Works with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies in process and recommends solutions
  • Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
  • Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
  • Assesses long term needs, performs gap analysis and makes future state recommendations
  • Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
