Position Overview • Fully remote opportunity • Initial engagement may begin on a contractor basis before transitioning into a full-time W-2 role • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing organization • High visibility and long-term growth potential Responsibilities • Prepare and review complex tax filings for individuals and businesses • Handle international and foreign reporting forms including • Form 5471 • Form 5472 • 1120-F • 1040-NR • Review and sign off on tax returns as needed • Collaborate with leadership on tax strategy and operational improvements • Identify process inefficiencies and proactively recommend solutions • Assist with scaling internal tax processes and workflows • Support client communications and tax planning initiatives Qualifications • Active CPA license required • Several years of hands-on tax experience required • Experience with foreign tax filings strongly preferred • Strong understanding of federal tax compliance • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and accountability • Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience • Prior experience in a growing firm or entrepreneurial environment • Experience managing or reviewing complex tax returns • Ability to balance technical work with operational problem-solving • Comfortable taking ownership without heavy oversight Compensation & Benefits • Compensation target range approximately $95,000–$110,000+, depending on experience and location • Fully remote flexibility • PTO flexibility • Additional benefits may be introduced as the company continues to grow If interested, please apply directly for confidential consideration.
