Responsibilities Lead efforts which measurably improve people’s lives Guide the team’s culture through mentorship and thought leadership Help Fetch level-up by infusing user-centered practices across the organization Collaborate with other design leads on Design Ops initiatives Lead design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers Develop strong working relationships within your teams and outside of your team Influence & make decisions within your team Explore unknowns and uncover new opportunities Launch multiple features into production with iterations on the work in motion Skills 8+ years of relevant experience, native mobile app and enterprise tooling design experience required Experience building AI-powered products, both consumer and enterprise products Experience with Figma, or other AI-powered design tools Experience with animation (ideally Rive) Technical acumen and experience designing for complex problems and tools Ability to self-direct and lean on their own prioritization methods to get their work done in a fast-paced startup environment Experience designing, building, maintaining and implementing design systems Team and/or project management experience Nice to have experience building enterprise tools in Slack Benefits Equity We offer full-time employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth. 401k Match Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%.
