[Remote] Sr Sales Operation Leader

FPT Americas is seeking a senior, hands-on Sales Transformation and Revenue Operations leader to redesign the end-to-end sales process and migrate from Salesforce to Zoho CRM. The role involves improving pipeline quality and building an AI-enabled sales playbook, requiring a blend of consulting presence and deep RevOps execution. Responsibilities Lead a comprehensive sales process engineering review across lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, proposal/RFP response, forecasting, close, and post-mortem learning loops Own the Salesforce-to-Zoho CRM migration plan, including user/process mapping, data migration, field rationalization, sales stage redesign, workflow automation, reporting, adoption, training, and cutover governance Redesign the sales funnel with clear stage definitions, entry/exit criteria, deal hygiene rules, probability logic, ownership, SLAs, and executive escalation points Build or improve automated lead-generation workflows that combine CRM data, website intent signals, LinkedIn/sales intelligence data, partner lists, and account prioritization logic Create an AI-infused Sales Process Playbook covering lead scoring, sales messaging, account planning, proposal/RFP drafting, competitive positioning, follow-up cadence, and forecast discipline Analyze historical RFP performance, win/loss reasons, pricing gaps, proposal quality, response timelines, competitor patterns, and sales-to-delivery handoff issues Design CEO/CCO-ready dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecast confidence, sales velocity, conversion rates, RFP win rate, rep activity, stage aging, and post-mortem insights Partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Executive Leadership to embed measurable operating discipline rather than a cosmetic CRM implementation Drive adoption through workshops, sales manager coaching, playbook rollout, training materials, KPI governance, and recurring inspection cadence Skills 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Transformation, Sales Effectiveness Consulting, CRM transformation, or enterprise sales process improvement Proven Salesforce-to-Zoho CRM migration experience, ideally involving 100+ users, multiple sales teams, complex pipeline stages, and executive reporting needs Strong track record rebuilding sales funnels, sales stages, qualification rules, KPI governance, pipeline inspection routines, and forecasting models Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM configuration, dashboards, workflows, pipeline automation, data cleanup, role/security design, and sales adoption programs Demonstrated ability to run RFP win/loss analysis and convert findings into improved bid/no-bid discipline, proposal quality, win themes, and response governance Comfortable working directly with CEOs, CCOs, sales executives, account leaders, and field teams in a high-visibility transformation environment Practical AI enablement experience in sales operations, proposal/RFP drafting, lead intelligence, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, or playbook automation Experience supporting consulting, IT services, B2B services, professional services, or enterprise solutions sales organizations.
