[Remote] Senior SAP OTC / PPDS Consultant

Kforce Inc is seeking a Senior SAP OTC/PPDS Consultant to provide strategic and hands-on support across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), and Logistics/Warehouse Management. This role will focus on stabilizing current SAP operations while building internal capabilities and improving documentation to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Act as a trusted liaison between IT and business stakeholders, particularly within manufacturing and production planning Support day-to-day operations, including incident response and production support, ensuring system stability (-keep the lights on-) Lead efforts to improve and standardize SAP configuration documentation, particularly within OTC Help reduce bottlenecks related to onboarding new warehouses by streamlining documentation and processes (currently ~6-week turnaround) Provide expertise across OTC, PPDS, and logistics/warehouse management Partner with leadership to build internal SAP expertise and reduce reliance on outsourced functions (P2P, OTB, OTC currently outsourced) Identify opportunities to leverage AI and new tools to improve documentation and system efficiency Stay ahead of the SAP roadmap, advising on upcoming capabilities and how they align with business initiatives Support change management activities across SAP environments Skills 10+ years of SAP experience with multiple full-cycle implementations or deployments Strong Expertise In Order-to-Cash (OTC) Strong Expertise In Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) Strong Expertise In Warehouse Management/Logistics Proven ability to lead documentation efforts, including SAP configuration and process documentation Experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of production workflows Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally across business and IT teams Benefits Medical/dental/vision insurance HSA FSA 401(k) Life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees Paid time off for salaried personnel Paid sick leave for hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project Company Overview Kforce is a solutions firm specializing in technology, finance and accounting, and professional staffing services.
