They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to create and drive the product vision and roadmap execution for their Online Lead Delivery systems, focusing on lead routing and distribution to enhance agent success. Responsibilities Develop the product strategy and roadmap for Online Lead Delivery systems, and lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through development and launch Act as Product Owner for lead routing and distribution systems, participating in team ceremonies and driving day-to-day prioritization and execution Own the systems that govern lead matching, allocation, and delivery, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across all online lead sources Define and evolve routing logic and distribution frameworks to improve speed to lead, conversion rates, and user experience Partner closely with Engineering and Machine-Learning to design, build, and iterate on data-driven systems, including scoring, prioritization, and matching models Prioritize and allocate resources across initiatives impacting multiple product and business teams, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions and detailed requirements Monitor system performance and lead flow, identifying issues and opportunities to improve delivery accuracy, latency, and agent experience Lead quarterly and ongoing planning processes in partnership with Engineering, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery goals Skills 6+ years of product management experience building and scaling platform, marketplace, or backend systems Strong technical foundation, with the ability to work closely with engineers on system design, data flows, and tradeoffs Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and user research to inform decisions and improve system performance Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex systems and decisions Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate ambiguous challenges into structured, executable plans 2+ years of experience on a product team for a real estate portal or large brokerage with strong online presence strongly preferred, huge plus if in lead generation or delivery Benefits Participation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions).
