Responsibilities Take ownership of two products and product delivery teams Collaborate with teammates to ensure complete, succinct, and testable acceptance criteria Partner with the Product Owner/Manager to ensure alignment between Product and Engineering Accountable for hiring Engineers on the product delivery teams Contribute effectively to the code base across the full stack and lead by example Coach others to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of business value.
