They are seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Administrator to support complex employee lifecycle processes in a global HR environment, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end HR operational support for employee and contingent worker lifecycle activities, including hires, onboarding, conversions, job changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding Execute Workday transactions accurately and on time, maintaining a strong focus on data quality, compliance, and audit readiness Serve as a key operational point of contact for managers, employees, and new hires on HR processes and lifecycle transactions Manage contingent worker processes, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding, in partnership with relevant stakeholders Ensure HR operations are delivered in alignment with global standards while meeting India-specific legal, regulatory, and business requirements Maintain accurate employee records and support data corrections, documentation, and recordkeeping requirements within HR system Partner closely with Payroll, HRBPs, HRIS, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle events Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service quality across HR operations Monitor transaction quality and operational risks, escalating issues as needed to protect compliance and service continuity Support onboarding activities and help deliver a seamless employee and manager experience during key lifecycle moments Assist in preparing HR operational data and reports to support tracking, audits, and informed decision-making Contribute to regional HR initiatives and process changes by helping implement new procedures, tools, and best practices Skills High School Certification or related qualifications Demonstrated experience supporting HR operations, shared services, or HR administration in a regional or global environment Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and contingent worker support Experience processing HR transactions in Workday or a similar HRIS, with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery Experience working in a high-volume operational environment while maintaining compliance, documentation standards, and service quality Proven ability to collaborate with Payroll, HRBPs, HRIS, and other stakeholders to support smooth execution of HR processes Experience identifying process issues and contributing to workflow improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience Demonstrates in-depth understanding of HR operations and complex employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and contingent worker administration, with the ability to apply sound judgment and deliver consistent operational excellence Strong working knowledge of the Workday HCM system, with the ability to independently manage transactions, maintain data integrity, and navigate complex process scenarios with accuracy and efficiency Solid understanding of HR compliance, documentation, and audit requirements, with a disciplined approach to risk mitigation, process adherence, and quality execution Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and escalate issues with appropriate judgment and urgency Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across managers, employees, Payroll, HRBPs, HRIS, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced global environment Completion or working towards completion of a diploma or degree in a Human Resources field or similar is highly beneficial Benefits A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
