They are seeking a Senior Customer Success & Operations Associate to support customer success, operations, and engagement across their programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants, clients, and coaches. Responsibilities Support participant onboarding and program administration Coordinate coach and adviser matching, scheduling, and service requests Conduct participant check-ins and follow-up communications Support surveys, feedback collection, and engagement tracking Execute outreach and follow-up campaigns Maintain participant records, program data, and key workflows Prepare recurring reports and support client review meetings Assist with onboarding new clients, projects, and cohorts Ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible across teams Improve workflows and operational processes Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Leverage AI tools to streamline recurring work Help turn recurring challenges into practical solutions Coordinate webinars, roundtables, and virtual events Support email campaigns and outreach initiatives Assist with presentation materials and related communications Support newsletters, LinkedIn content, and contact management efforts Skills Must reside in CA, NY, GA or NC Organized, resourceful and growth-minded Enjoys meaningful work and communicates with care Takes pride in creating a seamless experience for participants, clients, and coaches Eager to learn and willing to jump into a variety of work Comfortable using technology thoughtfully Energized by solving problems in a growing business Communicates internally and externally with clarity, care, and professionalism Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-through Takes ownership and solves ambiguous problems with resourcefulness Motivated to learn and willing to jump into different types of work Brings curiosity and a collaborative approach Embraces using AI and technology to work more effectively Consistent daily availability required Monday through Friday Flexibility to schedule hours between 11am-5pm ET / 8am-2pm PT Benefits Paid time off 401(k) matching benefits Company Overview We deliver personalized impact-driven leadership and career coaching to empower leaders to thrive.
